A company is looking for a Senior Commission Analyst to support the Finance team in managing sales commission calculations and reporting.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales compensation plans aligned with company goals
Analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate and improve compensation programs
Create reports and dashboards for leadership to track compensation plan performance


Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or data analysis in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce or Xactly is advantageous
Experience in developing and executing GTM (Sales) commission plans
