Key Responsibilities

Understand business stakeholder needs and translate them into analytical projects

Required Qualifications

Six or more years of experience in People Analytics, Talent Management, or Consulting
Proficiency in SQL and another data manipulation programming language (e.g., Python, R)
5+ years of experience working with people data in an applied setting
