Responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and client service skills.MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leads implementation of Operation Zero and all Manhattan safety policies

- Serve as Lead Owner/Client Interface
- Serve as Client - Project Executive Point of Contact
- Co-Lead Pursuit Strategy with Marketing/Business Development Assistance
- Oversight of Change Management Process
- Develops Project Staffing Plan
- Oversees successful development and implementation of Project Execution Plan
- Able to Manage Large, Complex, and/or Multiple Jobs
- Review & Approve Project Execution Plan
- Assists in negotiating and finalizing Owner Contract Agreements Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES GUIDELINES: - Has completed OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid & CPR Training and Certification.

QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent. May substitute required education degree with related experience on a one-to-one basis
- 15 years of industry experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in excess of $75 millionWORKING
CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORTS: - You must be adaptable to all types of weather conditions and traverse and inspect all areas of a construction job site, including walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, sit for long periods, and squat throughout the day.
- Ability to repeat the same movements.
- Ability to communicate effectively to participate fully in meetings, video conferences, and phone calls.
- Ability to compose, send, and reply to emails and written correspondence.
- Must be able to lift, pull, or move up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Travel may be required occasionally, primarily in the metropolitan area but sometimes domestically (must have a valid Driver's License).
