Key Responsibilities

Tracks and maintains authorization requests for services in accordance with insurance guidelines
Verifies member insurance coverage and performs data entry for complex authorization requests
Acts as a subject matter expert on the authorization process and maintains relationships with service providers


Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
2 - 4 years of related experience
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance
