A company is looking for a Technology Consultant, Associate to provide functional and technical EDI consulting services for implementation projects.



Key Responsibilities

Interact with clients and trading partners to analyze requirements and project objectives
Develop project plans, execute implementation guidelines, and provide status updates
Provide ongoing training and technical support to clients and troubleshoot issues


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management or implementation roles
Minimum 2 years of experience working with external clients in a customer support environment
Experience with EDI, ERP implementation, or integration is a plus
