A company is looking for a Claims Administrator (SCA) HHG/Military Move.



Key Responsibilities

Assist with answering and directing Claims Department phone calls and emails, ensuring documentation is complete
Gather necessary documentation from customers and service providers, and register new claims in the system
Generate claims data reports and perform follow-ups on claims, updating the system with new information


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Previous experience in an administrative/data processing role within Military Move or claims environment preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications
