This opportunity entails being responsible for managing Traffic Engineering/ITS project(s) for the Atlanta office throughout their full lifecycle.What You'll Do: - Responsible for development of the project scope and fee quotation and assists in the preparation of technical proposals and contracts.
- Serves as the primary client liaison and manages the project team to deliver the scope, schedule, and budgets to completion.
- Performs technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
- Implements the firm's project delivery plan and leads the development and execution of the project management plan.
- Performs coordination with managers on project staffing, including recruitment, development, retention, and succession of project staff.
- Partners with Client Service Leaders to assist with business development and building client relationships.
- May be responsible for the recruitment, hiring, development, and retention of staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
- 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.What You'll Bring:
- Lead or support Design Traffic Forecasting, Traffic Signal and ITS Design Services.
- Support Safety, ITS, and emerging mobility solutions services.
- Responsible for scope, schedule, budget and performs technical discipline tasks.
- Provide technical leadership on deliverables, pursuits, and staff development.
- Work closely with other disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Interfacing with your client-level peer on a project or task order.What We Prefer:
