Key Responsibilities

Respond to a high volume of incoming customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
Provide accurate information regarding spending accounts, IRS regulations, and claims processing
Educate customers on various HealthEquity products and assist Health Guides with complex issues


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency
Must be 18 years of age or older
One to two years of customer service experience is preferred
Proven PC navigation and data entry skills
