A growing and reputable company is looking for an experienced Estimator to add to their team. -They specialize in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, and commercial projects. -This passionate company values excellence and enthusiasm. -They are willing to relocate the right person for their team. - They are a family-owned company that operates as a general contractor and design-build firm. - - -Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the overall estimate completeness/accuracy and control of the project budget.
• Conceptual and hard-bid estimating, quantity take-offs, material, and subcontractor pricing to assist with owner/architect collaboration -
• Approve project proposals/bid packages prior to presentation
• Provide leadership and oversight of work with clients in the pursuit of new projects and conceptually prepare rough budgets for repeat clientsQualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with a General Contractor -
  • Light-industrial projects are a plus!
  • Experience in commercial construction
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience in Conceptual, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction document budgets and estimates
  • Estimating software knowledge preferred to include MCiC, OnCenter, Timberline, PlanGrid, Revit/BlueBeamPlease contact me today for more information about the position!
