A company is looking for a Mortgage Servicing Operations Leader responsible for managing all servicing activities during the lifecycle of the MSP mortgage servicing system conversion.



Key Responsibilities

Manage all staff and operational procedures within the mortgage servicing areas
Create and revise process flows, policies, and procedures related to customer service, collections, and loan boarding activities
Interact with investors and executive management to ensure effective servicing operations


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of mortgage servicing leadership and MSP experience required
Prior experience in an MSP Mortgage Servicing System conversion strongly preferred
Experience with audits and exam responses, including writing audit control verbiage
Extensive knowledge of servicing rules and regulations, including default servicing and loss mitigation
