Responsibilities:
--- Review and process billing statements and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
--- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment arrangements.
--- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate billing information.
--- Maintain billing records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
--- Analyze billing data to identify trends, potential errors, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:
--- Dealertrack DMS/ Reynolds and Reynolds/CDK required.
--- 2+ years of experience in billing or related financial field.
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
--- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data entry.
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
--- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
