Job Location-- 6655 Town Square Alpharetta GA 30005

This will be a Hybrid role (3days work from office and 2days work from home

Job duration- Long term contract

Pay Rate- $51.85/ hr.

Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree required with at least 1-2 years of HR generalist experience
--- Strong organizational and time management skills
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems
--- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect
--- Excellent judgement; knows when the escalate
--- Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders
--- Experience dealing with sensitive matters
--- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities include the following:
--- Providing comprehensive Tier 1 administrative support, including case routing, responding to administrative employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations, all while upholding confidentiality, timeliness, and attention to detail
--- Working with employees, managers and HR Business Partners on a range of sensitive employee matters, including medical accommodations, leaves of absence, and background check escalations
