Key Responsibilities

Recruit, represent, and manage a roster of digital talent across various verticals
Identify, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships and campaigns to drive client growth
Continuously discover and onboard new influencers while maintaining strong relationships with brands and partners


Required Qualifications

At least 5+ years of experience in talent management, talent representation, or influencer marketing
A proven track record with a six to seven-figure talent roster
Strong sales and negotiation skills in pitching and managing high-value campaigns
Ability to track and manage multiple deals using CRM tools like Salesforce
