Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for new clinics, guiding them through the implementation process
Delegate setup tasks to customers and ensure their completion while addressing process-related questions
Proactively engage with assigned clinics to promote satisfaction and loyalty, including potential upselling of services


Required Qualifications

In-depth understanding of AccuPoint products and relevant healthcare processes
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools and helpdesk software
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CMS-1500 Claim Form
Ability to navigate payer portals and manage customer inquiries effectively
