Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, tax forms, and payments for assigned clients
Perform quality control and audits to maintain accuracy and compliance with tax agency requirements
Manage client-related tasks within the case management system and proactively contribute to process improvements


Required Qualifications

Significant experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of benefits, workforce management, and taxation
Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience in a high-volume operation
Experience in the payroll outsourcing or consulting industry
Associates Degree preferred
