The ideal candidate enjoys working with people to create an open, friendly, safe, and fun office environment at Lockton so that our Associates enjoy and look forward to coming into the office. The Office Experience Lead coordinates with People and Culture, IT, and local leadership to create great office experiences for Lockton Team members.Key Responsibilities: Lead coordination efforts for local onboarding of new hires ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Plan, set up, and host for events, including catering and decorations, to ensure successful execution. Maintain the stock of items in break rooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized. Manage local office equipment & vendor relationships. Maintain relationship with Property Manager. Provide local emergency Action Plan. Review invoices and send to Accounting for payment. Ensure coffee machines are running and supplies are full at all times. Assist in making sure meetings run well in conference rooms, phone rooms, and hoteling spaces, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained. Assess any issues within the office, such as workstation and desk functionality, and address them promptly. Provide backup support to Southeast reception as needed. Order supplies for break rooms and office supplies, including pens, post-it notes, and other necessary items.QualificationsQualifications: Customer service orientation Proven experience in operations or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Proactive and problem-solving mindset. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Ability to manage workload effectively. Take action to accomplish work goals.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in event planning and coordination. Familiarity with office equipment and supply management.
