A company is looking for a ROC Technical Specialist I (Day Shift).



Key Responsibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot basic operational activities for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Respond to technical support tickets and escalate when necessary
Maintain system logs and support site inspection and maintenance needs


Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field, or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or call center experience
Background in electrical, PLC programming, instrumentation, automation, and HMI controls is a strong asset
Ability to work a shift schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word More...
