As part of our team, you can explore what motivates and energizes your career goals: partnering with our customers, our communities, and each other.Job DescriptionProduct Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product planning, visioning, development, management, and customer experience to deliver on our human plus digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. Pulls from market and competitive insights, customer needs, and internal business priorities to create the product vision (target customer segments, markets, channels, go to market approach, and value propositions). Aligns this strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product roadmap, investment areas and success measures.Vendor Relationship Management: - Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance processes for business changes, legal requirements, and compliance.
- Ability to communicate requirements and track roadmap progress with vendors.
- Create and manage Vendor Disaster Recovery programs.
- Ability to interact with Vendors for Business Reviews.Product Management:
- Ability to create and manage product roadmaps and work with other product managers for dependencies.
- Have working knowledge of payment products including in person customer facing and remote e-commerce.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery methods and reporting.
- Ability to create and document requirements for products.
- Working knowledge of Project Management tools and reporting.Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three to five years of relevant experience
- Proficient product management or similar experience
