Key Responsibilities

Create a motivational work environment for the creative services team and manage individual customer design implementations
Facilitate team and customer meetings while effectively communicating project information

Required Qualifications and Education

3+ years of experience in a creative services role (e.g., art director, graphic designer)
3+ years of successful leadership experience in project ownership and leading cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
