Key Responsibilities

Research problems, recommend software changes, and coordinate development to meet business requirements
Act as a liaison between business users and the IT team, transforming user requests into business requirements
Manage system testing, develop test plans, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)


Required Qualifications

5-7 years of IT and/or systems experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Project management experience
Experience in the Health Insurance Industry
