Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain efficient People/HR processes and procedures
Implement process improvements and create standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during M&A integrations and monitor compliance


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
3 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
Experience with M&A integration activities is preferred
