  Job Details
  • General job duties in the Emergency Department.
  • Assesses and documents normal and abnormal findings.
  • Develops, coordinates, and evaluates plan of care based on patient/family needs.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and skill in hemodynamic monitoring, airway management, dysrhythmia recognition, CPR, and body-fluid monitoring.
  • Triage and assessment of emergency patients, administration of medications, IV starts, and venipuncture.
    Job Requirements
    • 2 years ED experience required.
    • GA or compact RN license required.
      Schedule Information
      • Will work every other weekend.
      • 2 or 3 holidays required.
      • One 24 hour call shift every 4 weeks.
      • 36 hours a week with specific scheduling needs.
        Unit Specific Information
        • Adheres to the ED and EDOU's policies and procedures.
        • Completion of a one week preceptor based ED specific orientation.
          Additional Details

          • TNCC? (Preferred)
          • 2 years recent ED experience?
          • Willing and able to cover all areas of the ED - Psych/Peds/Observation?
