Key Responsibilities

Analyze and improve the current UKG Workforce Classic configuration
Lead technical implementation for importing employee data from an acquired company
Design and implement a new organizational structure within UKG Workforce Classic


Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Classic configuration (5+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Experience with data migration and system integration
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
