SBA National Sales Manager - Atlanta Georgia

The purpose of the position is to drive sales volume for the business unit. This is accomplished by:

  • Understanding the business unit's goals for production and profitability
  • Recruiting experienced personnel
  • Retaining existing personnel
  • Working closely with the unit's management team to ensure that originations are conforming to the unit's credit standards
  • Ensuring that originations carry pricing that is in line with the unit's desired financial returns
  • Ensuring the business unit is competitive in the marketplace by understanding the marketplace's general credit standards and its delivery systemsJob SpecificationsThe position requires:
  • At least three (3) years of successful SBA loan origination experience
  • A solid understanding of commercial credit analysis
  • A solid understanding of SBA's underwriting guidelines
