A hospital dedicated to Behavioral and Psychiatric Services in Georgia is actively seeking a Vice President of Operations to join their team.The Vice President of Operations will be a direct-hire employee for a health system that provides care to patients throughout the country. The Vice President of Operations will be based at one of the hospitals located in Georgia that is dedicated to behavioral health and psychiatric patient care. This facility provides inpatient and outpatient services for both adult and adolescent patients.Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with the mission to provide high-quality psychiatric care.
• Develop and implement strategic goals that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.
• Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to ensure adherence to best practices in mental health treatment and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, staff, and community partners.
• Lead workforce development initiatives to attract, retain, and engage top talent in mental health services.QualificationsThe Vice President of Operations will be a healthcare leader in operations and business with experience in Joint Commission, CMS, and OSHA. Ideally, the Vice President of Operations will have exposure working in a behavioral health or psychiatric inpatient or outpatient setting and be master's prepared.The Vice President of Operations will work for a national healthcare system that continues to provide exceptional inpatient and outpatient care to patients throughout the country.
