Key Responsibilities

Learn and adapt the outreach model to meet patient needs
Conduct outreach to educate eligible patients about the program
Utilize motivational interviewing tools to address patient barriers and personalize messaging


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare
3+ years of experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer service in the healthcare industry
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Experience with Medicare populations and understanding of Medicare Health Plans
