A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for employees and contractors.



Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process twice-monthly payroll for approximately 250+ employees and contractors
Track and process wage garnishments and assist HR with new hire paperwork
Provide support to accounting with data entry in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable


Required Qualifications

2-3 years of payroll experience required; experience with Quickbooks preferred
Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience in handling payroll-related inquiries and issues
