Develop and lead comprehensive strategy for compensation and benefits programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience in total rewards, including global experience
In-depth knowledge of compensation practices and global employment laws
