A company is looking for a Senior EPIC Configuration Analyst, responsible for managing and customizing Epic System software to meet organizational needs.



Key Responsibilities

Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and maintain 24/7 on-call coverage as required
Analyze and resolve application incidents, maintenance items, and enhancement requests while collaborating across teams
Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, and test cases for new or enhanced functionality in department applications


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of IT or business experience, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
2 years of Epic specific experience
Epic certified in supporting applications with additional proficiency/certification in related areas
