This hybrid position requires a seasoned professional who will be in the office at least three days a week. You will work directly with our small business and mid-market clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers to understand their business requirements.
- Provide pre-sales engineering support, including product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Develop and present customized solutions encompassing technologies such as Microsoft 365, Cisco Meraki, ARUBA, VoIP, MDM, FLEET, NETWORK SLICING, ANS, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals that address customer needs.
- Know the latest with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure solutions are innovative.
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for customers.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure successful implementation.Education:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree STEM area of study strongly preferred. (Required)Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pre-sales engineering support including network design in wireless/wireline.
- Expertise in solutions including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Cisco Meraki, ARUBA, VoIP, MDM, FLEET, NETWORK SLICING, Private Networks, and Edge Computing, Cloud Services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate sophisticated technical concepts into customer-friendly terms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
