Start your Voyage - Apply Now Getting to Know the Opportunity:The Business or Communications Student will have the opportunity to work in a corporate environment as an integral part of the Procure to Pay (P2P) team in Finance. Work location for this role is Hybrid with typically 1-2 days/month in the Voya Atlanta office for team meetings and other intern networking activities.The Contributions You'll Make:

• Responsible for communication strategy, preparing communications and presentation materials, and other change management activities as part of ongoing projects in P2P
• Work collaboratively with project stakeholders in P2P, Sourcing, Finance, IT, Finance Tech Strategy, Corp Communications and Voya business partners
• Candidate will manage several ongoing tasks for multiple projects on the team
• Attend and contribute to team meetings, and be comfortable presenting to stakeholders on process changes
• Learn P2P technology applications such as Oracle ERP, SAP Concur Expense and Salesforce
• Other duties as assigned.Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or has commensurate business acumen
  • Self-directed, detail oriented and pro-active on presenting solutions for best possible communication outcomes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; and advanced knowledge of PowerPoint is required
  • Strong verbal presentation and time management skills; change management experience a plus
  • Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus#LI-MN1Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
