Key Responsibilities:

Promote the Workday Practice and engage with candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruiting plans
Manage job descriptions, requisitions, and candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience


Required Qualifications:

3+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience, including 1 year recruiting Workday Consultants
AIRS certification preferred
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, and MS Office
Experience sourcing passive candidates in the Workday ecosystem
