A company is looking for a Loan Processor IV (US) - Retail Lending.



Key Responsibilities

Review and validate mortgage and consumer loan documents from conditional approval to closing
Manage borrower communication and coordinate with third-party vendors for necessary documentation
Assist in training and mentoring junior loan processors and may pre-underwrite files


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
5+ years of loan documentation experience
Demonstrated knowledge of bank loan products and lending software
Solid understanding of state regulations
