Key Responsibilities

Update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims following approved SOPs
Evaluate current policies and SOPs, recommending process improvements
Handle sensitive information confidentially and document all claim activities


Required Qualifications and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
Dedicated work-from-home space
Ability to manage time and tasks independently
Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
