A company is looking for a Non-Emergent Medical Transportation Operations Manager (remote in Oregon).



Key Responsibilities

Oversee compliance with Federal and State regulations for the Non-Emergent Medical Transportation program
Manage NEMT Supervisor and operations support staff while utilizing data to improve services
Establish relationships with agencies, provide training to providers, and respond to audits and grievances


Required Qualifications

Five years of experience in public transit program operations with supervisory responsibility or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) experience in NEMT preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
