Key Responsibilities

Oversee talent acquisition processes, including job postings and candidate experience
Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Optimize HRIS tools, particularly Workday, to enhance recruitment and onboarding workflows


Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of work experience in Human Resources, focusing on talent acquisition and onboarding preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems, particularly in recruiting and onboarding modules
Experience using Workday Recruiting
