We're looking for more people to join our team and help shape a product used by more than 38 million people.The RoleWe are seeking a talented individual for the role of Cluster Strategy Manager who will report to the Head of (Cluster) Market Strategy and be a part of the Global GTM & Sales Operations team supporting the Distribution Function. Distribution is our term for the commercial B2G team. In this role, you will help set the strategy for the entire commercial team in North America.As part of the (Cluster) Strategy Team, the Strategy Manager will support our Chief Distribution Officer and Regional Managers in strategy formulation, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and support cross-functional teams in developing business-wide operational strategies.Success in this role demands a strong strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills as well as a highly collaborative nature. In addition, you will be at the forefront of new technology platforms and learn from and partner directly with sales and product leaders to ensure EasyPark expansion across all markets.You will contribute & make an impact through: Drive Market Excellence: Ensuring the full implementation of EasyPark's Commercial Strategy across EasyPark markets. This implies the correct definition & mapping of geographies, the monitoring of account plans, driving data gathering exercises, and updating the commercial strategy by surfacing learnings from the sales team. Internal Consultancy: Collaborating closely with Regional Directors and supporting them in the yearly & quarterly OGSP (objectives, goals, strategies & plans) as well as in reviewing/adjusting local GTM strategies. Conduct strategic analysis: Develop recommendations for the Management Team and Board. Commercial and market fit: Supporting our product and sales team to ensure that our prominent products are fit to scale and meet an ever-changing market's expectations. Project Management: Leading high-impact, cross-functional, and cross-market initiatives, e.g., Market transformation and operating model improvements.About youWe don't know you yet, but you might recognize yourself in the following:We believe you are a self-starter who has the desire to be part of a team dedicated to making a global footprint. You have a curious drive towards data and you can manage multiple tasks at the same time with a clear structure and at a fast pace.Your backgroundWe don't think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following: BS/MS degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or another field that is data-driven and problem-solving with a strong touch of entrepreneurship 2+ years of relevant experience in management/technology consulting, sales analyst, or project management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent presentation-building and storytelling skills Experience in project management and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record of leading (cross-functional) projects.
