Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, return voicemails, and respond to emails while maintaining customer composure
Document customer interactions and maintain updated information in a case management system
Collaborate with store leadership to resolve customer concerns and provide website technical support


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of related experience preferred
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Must be available to work flexible shifts, including holidays
