Key Responsibilities

Identify the source of submitted medical records and ensure accurate documentation for physician review
Review case files for completeness and report errors in a timely manner
Index medical records efficiently and perform data entry tasks with accuracy


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
4 to 6 years of related experience required, with medical-related experience preferred
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in healthcare administrative customer service
