Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to define the strategy for actionable assessments across the platform
Oversee and mentor a team of designers focusing on the Assessments product space
Create prototypes and make data-informed decisions based on user research and testing


Required Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in digital product design, with 2 years at the Principal or Director level
Experience in mentoring or managing team members
A portfolio showcasing strong UX and visual design work on complex digital products
Previous experience in the EdTech space
