Key Responsibilities

Partner with internal clients to understand and document business and functional requirements
Lead HR business projects related to the Talent module to achieve operational objectives
Research, analyze, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure data quality and integrity


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
5 years of experience with HR systems and 3 years in project management
Experience with the Workday Talent module and its functionalities
Understanding of the impact of technology on HR functions
