A company is looking for a Consumer Digital Content Associate II to lead content framework creation and governance for the Digital Customer Experience.



Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with project partners to assess content and publication requests
Present content concepts and direction to business partners in collaboration with designers
Develop and document content creation governance and workflow, including style and tone guidelines


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or Journalism
5-7 years of experience in content strategy and/or content creation
Strong portfolio of writing and/or design samples
Expert writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with experience writing for online
