A company is looking for a Patient Access Services Authorization Representative.



Key Responsibilities

Obtain and complete insurance authorization requests for scheduled exams at imaging sites
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, and provide necessary documentation for authorization approval
Maintain records of referral activity and authorizations, and respond to provider orders for tests and procedures


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required
Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare insurance and/or authorizations
Certification for CRCR required within one year of hire
Advanced abilities in common office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
