Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver role-specific training and enablement programs for the Sales Team
Create and run an onboarding program for new sales hires to ensure quick success
Drive adoption of sales methodologies and tools, and report on enablement services' progress through KPIs


Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of building sales enablement functions for Enterprise SaaS products
Extensive experience with Sales Methodologies and frameworks, such as MEDDPICC
Understanding of cloud-based products, preferably in cybersecurity
Proven track record in a sales supporting function, such as operations or enablement
