A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to help chart a sustainable financial path and support strategic decision-making.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage monthly planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Establish and maintain a comprehensive corporate operating model with financial statements
Create rolling forecasts for revenue and cash flow to support strategic decision-making


Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related fields, preferably in a high-growth B2C SaaS environment
Deep understanding of B2B/Consumer SaaS business metrics and customer lifecycle
Experience scaling through exponential growth and preparing for IPO is a plus
Proven track record of collaborating across teams and influencing senior leadership
Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in SQL and financial planning tools More...
