TravelNurseSource is working with MedCadre to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Savannah, Georgia, 31405 About The Position Registered Nurse (RN) --- Labor & Delivery - Savannah, GA Job Overview: Unit: Labor & Delivery (L&D). Location: Savannah, GA. Shift: 12-hour days, 36 hours/week guaranteed. Assignment Duration: 12 weeks. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care for laboring patients, including fetal monitoring and post-delivery support. Circulate in the operating room for C-sections. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in L&D; circulating OR experience required. Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate/Advanced Fetal Monitoring. License: Georgia or Compact RN license. Details: Charting System: MEDITECH.
