Key Responsibilities

Provide legal assistance in medical device and technology sales and marketing programs, and commercial sales agreements
Review, edit, and negotiate commercial contracts and related documents
Collaborate with legal teams and business clients to support contracting processes and systems


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate with 4+ years of legal experience; or an advanced degree with 2+ years of legal experience
Paralegal Certificate is preferred
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreement types
