Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation and execution of the global HR internal communications strategy
Write and edit communications for the CHRO, including emails, presentations, and intranet content
Collaborate with HR functions to support global HR communications initiatives and manage content for HR All Hands meetings


Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or change management
Experience with executive communications and working closely with senior leaders
Proven ability to implement successful change and engagement experiences in a global organization
