Key Responsibilities

Understand decision-making processes and translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements
Proactively mine data to identify trends and generate insights for business units and senior leadership
Develop analytical strategies and transform complex data into user-friendly reporting formats


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, management information systems, finance, statistics, or related field
3 - 5 years of experience in a data-related role such as data analyst or business intelligence analyst
Continuous Improvement experience
High understanding of data warehousing tools and programming languages (SQL, DAX)
