Our customers rely on us to deliver innovative and dependable systems, and we take that responsibility seriously.Cyclonaire is currently looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team of passionate problem-solvers.What You'll DoAs a Field Service Technician, you'll be the expert in on-site installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Cyclonaire's cutting-edge pneumatic conveying systems. You'll directly interact with customers, ensuring their equipment performs efficiently while building strong professional relationships.Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair Cyclonaire products in the field, both domestically and internationally.
- Perform hands-on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system repairs and maintenance.
- Oversee system installations and commissioning, ensuring proper functionality.
- Train customer staff in the safe and effective use of Cyclonaire products.
- Maintain detailed service records, submit reports, and communicate findings with internal teams.
- Travel extensively-80-90% of the time, including international assignments-to meet customer needs.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking candidates who thrive on hands-on problem-solving and enjoy working in the field. This isn't a desk job-it's an opportunity to directly impact customers by getting systems up and running.To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A high level of comfort working with mechanical and electrical systems, with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with industrial automation, including familiarity with tools like Rockwell Software Studio 5000.
- The ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics with ease.
- A proactive, independent mindset and strong communication skills to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
